The company will build a 120,000-square-foot, 12- to 13-story residential property on Second Avenue between East 102nd and 103rd streets.

Bonjour has amassed six parcels along Second Avenue in the past year to the tune of nearly $25 million. No permit applications for the tower have yet been filed, Crain s reported.

The Second Avenue subway will really benefit the areas east of Third Avenue, such as Yorkville and East Harlem, Charles Dayan, CEO of 上海夜网 阿爱上海同城Bonjour, told the publication. I think y上海贵族宝贝 上海千花网龙凤论坛ou will see exciting things happen in these areas pretty soon.

Earlier this week,The Real Deal reported that Bonjour is in contract to pay $150 million for 1735 York Avenue, a 265-unit rental owned by Glenwood.

Youth-focused cable TV network Fuse Media signed a lease for 27,000 square feet at Vornado Realty Trust’s One Penn Plaza.

Fuse will relocate to the 10th floor of the 57-story building from another Vornado property nearby at 11 Penn Plaza, Crain’s reported.

Rents in the 10-year deal start at $67 per square foot and climb to $72 per square foot.

Avison Young s John Ryan represented Fuse, while an in-house Vornado team led by Glen Weiss negotiated on behalf of the landlord.

Fuse was forced out of 11 Penn in part because AMC Networks renewed its 290,000-square-foot lease two years ago and took on another 40,000 square feet, a爱上海同城手机版 新爱上海同城对对碰论坛bout half of which included Fuse’s offices.

Vornado chips away with the deal at a 150,000-square-foot vacancy left when the U.S. Customs and Border Protection agency left the 2.6 million-square-foot One Penn Plaza for One World Trade Center.

The short-term home rental company said it will block users from renting out rooms for more than 90 days in London and 60 days in Amsterdam the legal limits in the two cities rather than merely relying on the cities to enforce their rules.

Although the new policy doesn’t apply to New York, it could signal a new willingness by Airbnb to cooperate with cities that have accused it of helping reduce affordable housing supply. The second-largest contractor in the U.K. throws into question its 450 contracts with the U.K. government that includes two state-of-the-art hospitals, a regeneration s新爱上海同城对对碰论坛 上海同城对对碰交友社区cheme in Durham, and several billion-dollar infrastructure contracts for the HS2 high-speed rail link and the Aberdeen byp爱上海同城论坛 爱上海同城ass in Scotland all in addition to contracts overseas in Canada and in Qatar, according to the New York Times.

The BBC reports Carillion was also responsible for initiatives such as a lunch-delivery program for about 2上海千花网交友 上海千花网论坛00 students and maintaining living facilities for about 50,000 members of the military. The company employed 20,000 people in the country and another 23,000 overseas.

Though financial woes were not new, the contractor was working on negotiating new terms of its loans, which amounted to about a $1.8 billion debt by the end, but told the BBC that banks declared their proposed restructuring not viable and demanded lending conditions the company could not meet.

The alternative investm爱上海同城论坛 爱上海同城ent firm took the part of the 35th floor at the Times Square property in a 10-year deal, the Commercial Observer reported.

Kepos plans to relocate to the 40-story, 1.1 million-square-foot tower between West 41st and 42nd streets in August from its current home at 620 Eighth Avenu上海千花网交友 上海千花网论坛e – the New York Times Building – where it occupies about 17,000 square feet.

The asking rent in the deal was not immediately clear.

JLL’s Paul Glickman and Diana Biasotti represented SJP, which owns the tower with PGIM and Norges Bank. Ben Friedland and Michael Movshovich negotiated on behalf of Kep爱上海同城 爱上海os, which was founded in 2010 by a trio of former Goldman Sachs partners. The company manages $3 billion in assets.

SJP’s tower is anchored by the law firm Proskauer and Microsoft. Madrid-based entertainment company Parques Reunidos is developing a 45,000-square-foot entertainment complex with film studio Lionsgate in the tower’s retail space. [CO] – Rich Bockmann

GDS Development is planning to build a 20-story office building on one of NoMad’s few vacant lots, for which it just signed a 99-year ground lease, The Real Deal has learned.

The site, located at 1241 Broadway at the corner of West 31st 上海贵族宝贝 上海千花网龙凤论坛Street, currently serves as a parking lot. The 170,000-square-foot b上海千花社区 上海千花网交友outique development is slated to have a retail component at its base, sources said.

GDS is leading the development and receiving equity from an unidentifi上海龙凤论坛 新上海贵族宝贝论坛ed European publicly traded real estate investment firm that is making its first U.S. play, sources said. The partners intend to break ground on the site by early 201上海同城对对碰交友社区 上海夜网论坛9, sources added.

The lessor is Harvey Drucker’s Drucker Associates, which has been the owner for the more than 40 years and continues to own the fee interest. The site’s parking operator vacated in late Februa上海夜网 阿爱上海同城ry.

A memorandum of lease from March shows the lease expires in 2117. That lease cites a recorded figure of $64 million, which sources said is incorrect. The upfront payment and annual ongoing payments were not immediately clear.

The lot sits next to O’Reilly’s Pub Restaurant, and a block south of Greeley Square.

The former Parkway Hospital in Queens, which closed a decade ago, may soon become a 351-apartment site.

Developer Jasper Venture Group filed a rezoning application on Monday for the conversion of the property, according to Crain s. In addition to a two-floor addition to the old hospital, which is located on the corner of 113th Street and a Grand Central Parkway service road in Forest Hill新上海贵族宝贝论坛 上海贵族宝贝交流区s, the new development would also include a separate 14-story 上海千花网论坛 上海千花网rental building with about 216 爱上海同城手机版 新爱上海同城对对碰论坛market-rate apartments.

A state commission responsible for streamlining the health care facilities ordered the hospital to close in 2006, and the Manhattan-based developer bought the si上海千花网 爱上海同城对对碰te at auction.
